Design With Our Contractor
Option #1:
Work directly with our dedicated team from the initial concept all the way to the final delivery. Our highly skilled designers and craftsmen are committed to making your dream kitchen or bathroom come to life with precision and care. During your visit to our showroom, we will collaborate with you in our selections room, allowing you to choose the perfect cabinets, hardware, countertop, and backsplash that best fit your unique style and preferences.
Once we move into the construction phase, you will have the support of our talented crew, ensuring that every detail is executed to your satisfaction. We aim to be your trusted source for the entirety of your project, providing you with peace of mind throughout the entire process.
Option #2:
Design with Your Contractor
If you already have a contractor, we will work alongside their team to bring your vision to life. Schedule a visit to our showroom to browse tile, hardware, countertops, and cabinetry samples.
We will schedule an initial in-home meeting for our designer to come out and take measurements and see the current conditions of your kitchen or bathroom.
During this meeting, our designer will also discuss what you’re looking for in your new kitchen or bathroom. Including style, cabinet layout, and any other specifics you may want to be integrated into your project.
Then, our designer will create the layout of your project depending on your budget. Once the layout is complete, we will schedule a meeting at the showroom where we will present the layout and budget. Finally, once everything is agreed upon and all of the necessary forms are signed, we will hand the layout and details over to your contractor.

Option #3:
We Design, You Build
Some spaces are shaped through shared vision—where your builder lays the foundation and we bring expertise in kitchen and bath design to elevate the result. Whether you're starting with a blueprint or an idea, we work alongside you to create spaces that feel whole: timeless, functional, and distinctly yours.
We offer collaborative design services for those already working with an architect or contractor but still want expert guidance and quality materials from start to finish.
Whether we begin with on-site measurements or a detailed set of blueprints, our team creates a tailored kitchen or bathroom design that reflects your lifestyle, aesthetic, and budget. During the first design meeting, we’ll review the layout and present a detailed quote for materials. Once the design is approved, we’ll move into the refinement phase, helping you choose the right cabinetry, finishes, and hardware to bring the space to life.
We deliver and install the cabinetry to ensure precise alignment and craftsmanship. From there, your contractor takes over with the confidence that everything has been designed to fit and function exactly as intended. We’ll provide a comprehensive CD set that includes a full material list, detailed measurements, and installation instructions, giving them everything they need to execute the plan with precision.
This process allows you to access Arcadia’s design expertise, material sourcing, and cabinet installation while still working with your chosen builder—a true collaboration shaped by trust, intention, and shared craft.
