Arcadia Design Studio

Every project starts with a site meeting to review the space and the scope. The design studio gives us a place to review materials that are curated for the project. The planning, organizing the space, and seeing it in 3D are details that can’t be skipped and are a fun part of the process; all these details get added to the Construction Drawings, or CD set.

Residential Renovation & Construction

No matter the size of the job, every project starts with a review of the CD set with the designer, project manager, and lead carpenter. Once the schedule is set, the team meets with the homeowners to do a pre-construction walk-through to review the CD set on site and complete our checklist.
